Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Ten Bros Cart Noodle

Came in for a quick lunch. Restaurant had good recommendations, so I gave the udon noodles in extra spicy soup base a try. Turned out to be very tasty and the amount was even too much for me. You could add spicy sauce by yourself and I got it nicely extra spicy. Definitely a recommendation from me although the interior is rather simplistic.

noodle shop recently opened around #wanchai 😋seeing long queue during lunch hour and glad that it’s less packed at night . 🤪ordered 4 dishes each and we can share a total of 8 choices from the list !! . 😍highly recommend squid, wings and braise beef tendon from their top 10 recommendation (sad that their turnip was sold out) . 😋 remember to pick juicy beef ball from the top 10 recommendation as well! . 😍their preserved radish is hell spicy 🥵 . 💰HK$167

went @tenbros.noodles for lunch on a weekday, very long queue including many takeaway orders, luckily I don't need to wait too long as I was eating alone! Using phone to make order (very clear and save papers), ordered their signature noodles with eight toppings 招牌八寶麵 which includes beef short rib 牛坑腩、pig intestines大腸、pig blood curd豬紅、pig skin豬皮、radish蘿蔔、spicy fishballs辣魚蛋、corns粟米 and black fungus雲耳，as I dont eat some of the items, i opted out pig blood curd and pig skin. Had spinach noodles and added spicy dried radish 辣菜脯、water spinach 通菜 and abalone (for only $9)!! A very fulfilling set, I love the spicy spicy fishballs as they are real chenpi tangerine peel fishballs 陳皮魚蛋! Boneless short rib 牛坑腩 and spicy dried radish were good too. Spinach noodles also made the meal tasting less heavy. The soup base could be richer but I have chosen clear broth.
