Very tender pig liver. Fish skin dumplings are also good. The soup is a little salty for my taste but i got a coconut water at a 7-11 afterwards so it’s okay.

Their noodles are one of the best in the region. Downsides: long waiting lines always and long cooking time.

The celery pushes it from 4 to 5 stars
