Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Olala

So I had the 150 hkd beef noodles. Very nice but lacked a bit of oomph for lack of a better word. Big portions, with tons of veg. The beef was all lean. It was tender but I would have liked a bit of gristle and tendony bits. It was quiet at 3pm, only 3 of us. We'll spaced out. Good service. Over the subsequent week I also had the shrimp noodles and the pork noodles. All pretty good, the shrimp is probably the best tasty, but had the least amount of protein.

Amazing noodles of great quality. The broths are one of a kind, and the small plates are delicious too. The noodles are very pricey at around $120, but is worth it for the quality ingredients and outcome.
