Sheung Wan, Hong Kong｜SHI WEI TRADITIONAL SLICE NOODLE

This place is a hidden gem. The spicy beef brisket shaved noodle soup (B07) is a long-standing favourite of mine ever since discovering their Wan Chai location a couple years ago. The noodles are freshly sliced, producing an effect reminiscent of fresh pasta… perfectly al dente… the beef is so tender… I’m getting hungry just thinking about it…
