A food stall at Central famous in beef brisket and entrails. You may find a lot of food stalls at Stanley Street. Shui Kee is located at Gutslaff Street also near Stanley Street. Gutslaff Street is a short and steep alley between Wellington Street and Stanley Street. Shui Kee places 3 tables in the open area of the street. Dining environment is absolutely not comfortable. However, Shui Kee has been there for decades. Their beef offals and brisket are very fresh and delicious. Despite open business hour at 11:30 am, a lot of people will be there waiting for a seat. Their beef brisket is fresh and tender. Normally people will take with vermicelli, noodles or flat noodles. In addition, their beef offal is even better. clean, yummy and delicious. The soup is sweet and no MSG added. In my opinion, their beef offal is the best in Hong Kong at the moment.

How lucky I’m to have one 牛脆骨(beef trachea),which is lined up at 11:30 am waiting till 12:00nn the time they allow to order it takeaway. And it’s the last one! Chili Sauce also taste good Nice
