Causeway Bay, Hong Kong｜Mak's Noodle

Been here a few times over the years, noodles still crunchy, wontons still fresh and soup broth still shrimpy. They don't call this the best wonton noodle place in Hong Kong for nothing, I totally still agree

Wonderful and authentic. The wontons are filled with fresh and tasty prawns and beef braised so well that they can melt in your mouth.

I enjoyed the clear soup and full wantons. The noodles had that nice al dente springiness too. Even the beef brisket soup wasnt murky. Service was good, but note that there is a min spend per pax (think it was 40hkd)
