Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Mak's Noodle (Ocean Terminal)

The braised beef and the wontons were really really good! I did not expect the noodles—thin but with an interesting texture and flavor. One of the more memorable dishes for this trip. Service could be improved though, the staff were not rude (to us) but seemed indifferent and left us alone for a couple of mins before getting us a table. Was arguing with another party before us too. The portion sizes were small for it’s price. Atmosphere felt like an old establishment despite being in an upscale mall.

Nice place to have noodles. We had the beef brisket noodles. The noodles have a nice springy texture and it’s so fine. The prawn dumpling taste fresh and yummy even though I’m not a big prawn person.

So good!!! 🤩 Can't wait to go back to HK to try this again 🙏🏻
