Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Sing Lum Khui Sour & Spicy Rice Noodle Restaurant

Best place for traditional rice noodles. Been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. Only been disappointed a few times and I think they had a different chef for those times. The upstairs location is now gone so only the small ground floor location is available. Quite small and you usually have to wait for a table now, even before lunch rush at noon. Hence, 4/5 for atmosphere. During busy hours, you will also need to share a table. I've been going here since I was a teenager and will keep coming back 🙃

The food? Great! The service? Great! The atmosphere? Great! Everything was great. Though the sits were plastic chairs and the table a bit sticky, but that's the local Asian restaurant experience. My family and I enjoyed our stay and left with full bellies and smiles, greeted with a welcome and sent off with friendly waves. So, yeah, you looking to spice up your taste buds? Come right here, unless you love being a boring foody person. And by the way, order their fresh coconut if you want to wash down the heat.

Nice noodles and soup was really yummy. You can personalise your own noodles soup pretty much for all ingredients including the amount of spring onions. Will definitely come again.
