Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Chiu Ball

Good price for the area! We were a little nervous that there weren’t many people, but turned out to be a lovely dining experience, far different from the super crowded scene in Hong Kong. Modern twist on a local staple. Really clean and cozy. We went with pork knuckle noodle and the beef brisket combo noodle soup!

Good food, nice staff, and a clean Chines bistro. The signature premium beef ball and cuttlefish ball are very delicious. The price is higher than those in traditional bistro. But it’s worth going as the place is clean, and staff are helpful and efficient.
