Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong｜Supreme Beef Brisket Noodle

Beef is tender and flavourful. Noodles are springy. Would recommend the beef brisket noodles and the wanton noodles. Standard hasn’t dropped since I last visited 6 years ago.

Ordered the curry beef brisket lo mien and it exceeded my expectations!!! The owner is extremely nice and the beef portions were huge, too much for one person, really good value. Would def come back

The noodle was so good. It’s a clear soup not too salty and not too light, good balance. The noodle is very thin and of good quality. The brisket was very soft even though it didn’t have much fatty part. The staff was very nice, helpful and can communicate in English. 5 stars from me!
