Very good local noodles. They even have the items translated to English to help you pick in case you don't speak Chinese. Great atmosphere, old Hong Kong vibe , those kind of restaurants tend to disappear.

The area around Times Square has been changing a lot, and this noodles place totally stands out with its playful interior, reminiscing some old public housings in hk! 🔸Chicken wings/sweet and sour wheat gluten/spring rolls/marinated egg/ curry fish ball Vermicelli “Cart Noodles” became popular in the 1950s where you can choose a few sides to go with your choice of noodles🍜 Here the sides were all executed quite well, with my favorite being the thick and flavorful wheat gluten, and the marinated egg with a rare runny yolk🤤 🔸Spicy squid/beef brisket/beef balls/radish/sweet and sour wheat gluten Broad noodles My friends picks were also yum- especially the chewy squids with a spicy kick. The homemade chili paste was very intense so don’t miss out on it🔥
