Causeway Bay, Hong Kong｜Chiu Hing Restaurant

This shop is clearly underrated. Fresh beef ingredients, you can tell from the soup that they invested time to make it tasty and a little bit of sweet from the flavour of beef. Would love to come again for another beef noodles.

This restaurant opens early in the morning. It's nice to have a beef noodle or a fish ball noodle for breakfast in Hong Kong! It's really tasty! Moreover I love the iced milk tea!

With so many of the old-school food options gone in Causeway Bay, we're lucky to still have this one. I always go for the same thing - beef brisket soup with wontons and yellow noodles, a plate of choi sum with oyster sauce, and an iced lemon tea. Can't go wrong.
