Walking hungry around the block near our hotel, we found this tiny Chinese resto and we decided to have our lunch here. The staff was very kind to sit us and to offer us their house specialty. We settled on different dishes of noodle and some congee, too. Our group agreed the dishes were delicious, service was quick and price very reasonable. We'll come back for more when we visit HK again. Clue: If you are in a foreign country and you want to know whether the resto is worth dining in or not, if there are people lining up to get inside, you may consider dining there, be it small or big😊

I'm so happy I found this place near my hotel. One of the things I crave the most is soup noodles and congee and this place delivers! With the number of small traditional congee shops shutting, it makes me sad every time I visit HK when I find it more and more difficult to find one. My fav preserved egg and lean meat congee in the photos but they do a plethora of other types. Best to just go in a shout out what you want since they mix and match anything and everything. The exact price they would charge up in Kowloon for the locals. 30hkd for congee and up, and same for your basic wonton noodle soup and up!
