Really affordable assorted beef nice noodles. Try the beef balls. There isn't an english menu available however photo illustrations are plastered all over the walls. Just point and order.

Beef Brisket 牛腩 is a very common cantonese dishes, and yet can be wonderfully delicious once great skill is attended. With the charming neighbor-store feeling inside this small shop (by which, I mean the storekeeper seems to know everyone of the incoming guests! ), it is the type of neighbor restaurant that most diners would welcome. Try to avoid rush hours. You may need some help for cantonese/mandarin to order. The Brisket Rice Noodle 坑腩河 is a typical star-dish you would like to try, or maybe the Brisket-Pick Rice Noodle 金牌爽腩河. At first, you should try the tasty and textured brisket in its plain way first to feel the cantonesian and beefy way. Then, you add a hint of chilli oil 辣椒油 to match the noodle in its full classic spicyness, and see which one you like more. The beefy tastes stay for minutes within me, and makes this discovery a particularly groovy, stimulating one. 在南方,牛腩係常有,不過視乎你要求有幾高,亦可以係屋企無法做到既大工程。三家分店,老字號感覺之餘,店長個個客仔都識咁款。大埔果間店,睇來已係成"精"(精益求精,排哂隊,點多碗都未必比你),呢間就主打平民路線,親民一尐。如果家住於此,唔墟陷既時間行過,好難唔被吸入黎。 入黎當然要試坑腩河:牛肉質感細致,牛味濃厚,唔怕你夜,一樣咁爽。加上茶記級既熟客服務,注重細節;雖然係小連鎖,難免有整定既食材,獨特個性依舊係咁impressed。煩忙時間自己醒水避開啦。
