Hands down one of the best knife-cut noodle in Hong Kong! It is around 5 minutes walk from Whampoa Station. The location is big, but you still need to queue during peak hours. I ordered the dry (soupless) pork neck knife cut noodles ($53), and it was packed with flavors. The noodles was still chewy, and the sauce was balance with a hint of spicy. The pork neck was crunchy, and compliment the sauce really well. It’s a must to eat here whenever you are in Hong Kong! They have a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok as well.

the drunken chicken dish is flavorful and great in portion -- my favorite is their hand-sliced noodles and broth. the mala chilled mixed noodles is also great if you want a variety of ingredients and sauces. one meal is accompanied with one drink (adding extra money for special drinks). overall super affordable and excellent quality!
