Hung Hom, Hong Kong｜牛肉拉麵 (非清真)

Just recently moved to a new, bigger location just a little to the left. Menu basically consists of variations of Beef Soup Noodles, which is exactly why you are there. You can see the noodles being freshly made. The texture of the noodles is great, the beef broth is tasty and the beef has been nicely stewed. Definitely a very satisfying bowl of Beef Noodles.

I have to say the look of the noodles is not as good as the pictures in the shop. But the taste is fantastic.

The best beef noodle I ever had in Hong Kong. Will try again next time.
