Hung Hom, Hong Kong｜Wing Fat Noodle

I think this is a great noodle place. I ordered the dry noodle with beef brisket. I added some chili oil and the meal is perfect. The beef was tender and easy to chew. The broth that they served on the side was nice too. The only downside is you have to share the table with strangers. It is a round table blocked with a screen in the middle. It gets quite annoying when the other person presses on the table, especially if you’re having soup noodles 😅

Delicious local wanton noodle with beef brisket, and the chilli oil is made by the shop owner. Very good hospitality service as the boss introduced me their signature dish!
