Ma Tau Wai, Hong Kong｜Prosperous Beef Noodle

I ordered a traditional beef noodle. The beef was very tender and tasty, soup and noodles were both good, not much MSG aftertaste. Ordered a hot lemon tea for only three dollars extra. The atmosphere was a typical mom and pop local restaurant feel, which is fine. I guess it was run by a mother and her daughters. My only suggestion is that the soup should be a hotter when it was served. Would definitely recommend it to others and I will come back again to support small businesses.

I'm half Taiwanese and I miss Taiwanese food so I get takeout from here often. For this price point in HK, the food is decent and authentic.
