Hidden gem in Quarry Bay that serves beef noodles. The beef belly was super tender and flavoursome. The noodles had a great chew and the broth was kind sweet and savoury and not too overpowering.

Take-away. The best beef and beef broth I've ever tried in HK! The price is very down to earth too.

Amazing beef brisket noodle; small portion but really good, reasonable price and nice people. :)
