I came because this restaurant was placed in the top 10 for mixian/ maisin/ vermicelli noodles (米線) and I have to say they did not disappoint! I ordered the turnip and pork intestine sour and spicy sweet potato noodles. The pork intestines were well marinated and soft. The turnip was fragrant, sweet and soft. I ordered takeaway and the noodles weren’t separated with the soup, so I’d only recommend takeaway for a short distance journey. Nonetheless, the noodles were still chewy and well cooked. Will definitely come back in the future!
