These guys are my go-to for an affordable and tasty noodle meal. I believe most restaurants of this chain are consistent in quality and roominess. You can expect a baseline level of hygiene, relatively tight spaces, sizeable crowds, and relatively slow preparation of food when there's a lot of people. They are famous for the spicy soup bases, and they have a crazy spectrum of spiciness, although if you have low tolerance for spicy hot stuff, I suggest to start off at the lowest possible rung, or go for the non-spicy ones. The numbing spicy soup and the pepper soup are both very flavorful, and most of the ingredients (meat or vegetables that you choose to put into the soup noodles) are better than average. The TuFei chicken wings are my favorite snacks, not spicy hot but rich in spices finished off with black sesame seeds. I have to point out, however, that you better bring your own tissue, because you have to pay for it; they don't give you any for free. If you're like me (the sweaty/snotty type when you eat spicy stuff), this is especially important. I would also try to sit directly in the line of fire of the AC vent. They do on occasion get a little generous on the soup spiciness!
