Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong｜雲南風味館

<Eel, Chicken, Ham & Mushroom Noodles> 雲南風味館 is a really famous local noodles restaurants for their choices of food and soup base. I picked this “3 Fresh Toppings Noodles” with Eel in minced meat soup base. The amount of minced meat was very generous, and it made the soup base more flavored with a bit of spiciness. I adored this soup base a lot, which didn’t make me feel thirsty. All the toppings were very fresh, I could taste their freshness even the soup base was quite heavy in taste. The chicken, ham and mushroom were definitely of great quality. And the eel? Simply awesome! Highly recommend this restaurant to you if you happen to be in the hood.

Famed as one of the 10 best mixian restaurants in Hong Kong, the noodles are incredibly delicious and extraordinarily cheap. Very local place. Hygiene condition needs to be improved.
