Causeway Bay, Hong Kong｜Tsui Yuen Dessert

I’ve came here quite a lot for traditional HK style desserts. Being an avid steamed milk pudding enthusiast, I love getting the one here that’s ultra rich and creamy without being too sweet. I recently tried their tofu skin and egg sweet soup $24 which is very nourishing with a melange of textures from the silky tofu skin, tender egg, and chewy barley. The ingredients are given abundantly and I love getting this when I am in need of extra protein. It is on the sweet side and will stay on your mouth though 😅 I came at 6pm with only a few guests since last time I came at 9pm and had to queue up!

If you're looking for a local desserts this restaurant is a good choice and not expensive. Sweet potato with ginger is the best choice you must try👍

Authentic Hong Kong desert where locals go. Packed and may need to share table with others. Not much decoration but taste is very good 👍🏻 I myself as local Hong Konger would definitely visit again
