Wait times can be long depending on when you visit; this is a popular place. We only waited for two tables. Seating was simple and comfortable enough; people aren’t expected to hang out very long; turnovers are expected to be quick. Ice was delicious! Texture was fluffy and syrup was well distributed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely would come back and would recommend to friends.

Amazing place, must go!!! Ice bowl is unlike any I've ever tried and it's tasty even when it's melted. Ice is fluffy and supposedly imported from Japan and the components work so well. We had the classic Strawberry shaved Ice with Panna Cotta and it was great for sharing between my friend and I :) 100% must go to beat the heat.
