Quality is so good, it’s just like eating them in Japan. It takes about 20 minutes to get but that’s because it is cooked to order. Having these pancakes with a glass of Hokkaido milk or a hot coffee just makes it so much better! We had a big party so we tried a few different pancakes but I liked the berry pancake the most. There’s something for every level of sweetness so go ahead and try the one that you’d like!

A bit pricy, but the quality was worth it. We tried the Sicilian Salt & Caramel Pancake, and the Pancake with Cheese Mousse & Berry Sauce. Both are great matches to the fluffy pancake. Definitely would try again if we get a chance

Truly lives up to the quirky name. Japanese style soufflé pancakes that are delicious and so scrumptious that every bite literally feels like you’re sinking your teeth into a cloud. One of the best spots for Japanese style soufflé pancakes in HK and honestly, worth the wait. Slightly on the pricier side, but portion is generous and the pancakes are way thicker than how it looks in photos. Would recommend coming before or after the peak lunch and dinner hours if you don’t want to wait too long in line. Highly recommend having a nice coffee with this too, pairs just perfectly with the fluffiness of the pancakes.
