Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜A Happy Pancake K11 Musea

Happy pancake really does live up to its good reputation. Its soufflé pancakes come out soft but maintains a full body texture. Even a basic chocolate with whipped cream and some crunchy bits is heavenly. I also like their milk tea flavour. Given a non busy day you can sit there chatting away with a good friend for hours. And that we did.

Super yummy and insanely fluffy soufflé pancakes! They’re just as good as they look in the photos, and just so soft and delicious. Savory and sweet options available for the pancakes as well. I’ve been to their CWB location and while the K11 musea is not as big nor has as much seating, the soufflé pancakes here are the same standard. Would recommend this place for a nice sweet treat if you’re around the mall.

Super amazing fluffy souffle pancakes. We tried both their normal and savoury ones. Both were delicious. Pancake with banana and chocolate would be my recommendation if I had to choose one.
