My friend ordered this private restaurant earlier and asked me to eat together. It turns out there is something new this time, haha. Ice-roasted chicken: It is a cold dish, including shredded chicken, jellyfish, cucumber shreds and crispy fried taro shreds. All of them are made with wasabi juice, which is really delicious, and it's so cold that it's easy to eat on a hot day. 😍😍 Steamed pomelo peel: The pomelo peel is completely infused with the flavor of the sun-cooked juice, but you can still taste the fragrance of the pomelo peel, which is just right. It has been 12 years since I last visited this restaurant. They managed to maintain the high standard and kept the prices reasonable.
