Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Yung’s Tangerine Peel Roast Goose Restaurant

My go to place during my stay in TST. Excellent dishes, especially crispy pork belly, char siu and roasted goose! Good service and food-price ratio is on point! I highly recommend this place! One of my top dining places in HK.

To be honest, it’s hard to find roast goose or roast pork that is not good in Hong Kong. And this place is of no exception. Really tasty plate of food in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. Unlike other places, I feel that this place is spaced out better than most of the cha chan teng. Roast pork skin was really crispy and the meat has nice ratio of lean to fat portion. The skin on the roast goose had so much flavor and you can taste hints of tangerine sweetness.

Roast goose is delicious, must order. Don't think too much about it. The fried rice noodles are also delicious
