What a surprised dim sum lunch! Even it’s just a simple lunch and we only order 3 dishes, but every dish is wonderful! The seafood spring roll are super crispy, with very nice ingredients and sauce for dipping. The lobster soup with crispy rice is also excellent, with rich favour on fish and lobster head taste in the soup! Price is very reasonable, especially in central! High recommended!

One of the best places in Hong Kong to enjoy authentic snake soup. Speaking of snake soup, I believe everyone has heard of "Tai Shi's Five Snake Soup". But if you want to have a bowl of authentic Taishi Five Snake Soup, you can’t get it everywhere. "Guo Jinxuan" located at IFC in Central is one of the places in Hong Kong where you can eat Taishi's Five Snake Soup, because the chef here, Li Yulin, was the apprentice of Li Cai, the last chef of Jiang Taishi, a famous gourmet in the late Qing Dynasty. Every winter, Guojin Xuan in Central launches "Tai Shi Five Snake Soup" ($1,280/4 persons). The bowl of Taishi Five Snake Soup in front of me is thin and delicious. The Five Snakes are shredded with shredded chicken meat, fungus, bamboo shoots, etc. The thickness is even and fine, and the workmanship is delicate. Add lemon leaves, white chrysanthemum petals and crackers before eating. Every bite is worth savoring. This bowl of Taishi Five Snake Soup can not only warm you up, but also allow you to appreciate Master Li's traditional and delicate craftsmanship. Apart from the snake soup, another dish that left a deep impression on me that night was "Walking in the Snow to Seek Red" ($280). The fresh and sweet crab noodle and the soft and smooth snow fungus simmered in the soup are the best pairing. In addition, the "Lucky Suckling Pig Foie Gras Wombat" and "Fresh Crab Meat Baked Avocado" are also quite delicious. The former is crispy suckling pig skin with hob, and the rich foie gras in the middle is delicious and sinister. If you love glutinous rice, you must not miss the "Stir-fried and Cured Sticky Rice" ($330) when you come to Guojin Xuan in Central. The texture and taste of the glutinous rice grains are excellent.

Great food and service Reserve your table. very top scale dinning, very high price.
