Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Gwing Kee Roasted (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Saw the high reviews and decided to visit. Their roasted meats were good and flavorful. Food is served very fast here and the staffs are quite attentive. Only wished that they would cut their meat into more bite-sized chunks, but that was a small issue. Portions are huge for a small eater. We ordered the roasted goose, beef brisket and roast pork rice.

Hey coolest restaurant I walked in at hk. I mean all the uncles staff are super nice and moving in order. They act fast and really polite! That’s rare in hk you know. I event had an thank you from the lady receptionist wowwww. Foods are great too! Do come here if you had traumatized with other places like me 😃

As you could tell, I haven’t written any reviews in a long time, but I’m gonna pick up this hobby again as I think it’s important support local restaurants, especially when everyone is rushing to travel once the borders are opened. I went to my mum’s place for dinner the other day and my sister bought some roasted goose and shredded chicken rice on the way back. The roasted goose was super juicy and tender and it’s not as greasy as one would think! They went well with the sweet & sour sauce and tasted delicious! The shredded chicken was also lovely, esp with the sesame on top. Tasted great. hkfoodtour’s final verdict: amazing “siu mei. Good valie for money. Would be back for more!
