Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong｜Chan Ming Fat Roast Restaurant

I have to confess that my rating here only represents from a non local and a person didn’t grow up with cantonese food. But I am telling you I am so impressed with their melting in your mouth roast goose with the shining crispy sauté caramelize skin. This is my first lunch after landing in HK this morning from Taiwan. We ordered the five precious over rice, Hainanese chicken, roast goose, a salted duck egg, BBQ pork and sausage. HKD 70.00 came with a free drink. Oh boy it really helps me to kick off my fist day at HK after 30 years being away from HK.

Very decent roasted goose, succulent and juicy!
