Causeway Bay, Hong Kong｜Art of Canton (Causeway Bay)

The dishes are amazing!! Char Siu taste crisp on the outside, soft and tender in the inside. Sweet and sour pork is delicately balanced and delicious! The drunken pigeon was interestingly plated, but the taste was very disappointing.

Food quality is guaranteed under the leadership of executive chef Chan who headed up the Chinese dining outlets at Sheraton Hotel. I liked the suckling pig, baked crab meat in shell, fried prawn with mushrooms the most. Interior decoration is cozy & comfortable. Services were great. Overall dish prices were very attractive given the quality being delivered.

I had the crab meal with friends here. All the dishes are really delicious! I particularly enjoy the crab, the bbq pork and the roasted pig!! And the wagyu beef bun is also outstanding! I might go back again for sure,
