Causeway Bay, Hong Kong｜Ming Bistro

Very creative menu with unique names for the dishes. The dinner dishes are good. Affordable price. Comfortable seat, friendly staffs. Highly recommended!

I specially asked my friend to choose a restaurant and took me to a Chinese restaurant in Causeway Bay that she thought was delicious recently, because I specifically said that you should never choose Western food, I have eaten too much in the past two years XD When I looked at the menu, I thought it was a bit expensive, around 90-100. I was worried that it was not really delicious, but I didn't want to spoil the fun, so I asked my friend to order something she thought was delicious. The two ordered four main courses and one dessert, including lime prawns, saliva chicken, abalone fried rice with chicken cubes, and honey barbecued pork. Every dish was really delicious! The sour lemon shrimp is a big favorite, it is crispy and not greasy, sour and sweet, and the shrimp is big, really appetizing and delicious! The last dessert, the sweet potato pancake, is 100% just for its appearance! There is also a real chess board, super careful (although I don't know if the board is clean XD), I took pictures with my friends for half an hour, so excited! But the taste is really ordinary sweet potato flavor~ So on the whole, except for the desserts, everything else is very connotative, and it is a rare restaurant that combines appearance and interior. Just from the very beginning of serving us tea and a plate with goldfish, we can see the sincerity, definitely worthy of its price~

Delicious Chinese dim sum. Food are all beautifully presented. Must try the dim sum all you can eat package if you have a very good appetite.
