We had dinner. Best to make reservations as seatings are limited. We had ordered the goose liver, it was superb! Specialties like prawn on toast, sweetened bitter gourd, large oysters in crispy batter and the soup of the day which was chicken with ginseng. Soup was Great. There was a special dish, fried black chicken pieces with spring onions n bits of ginger, something different but understand that it is a main dish in Fukien dining. Loved the lunch offers too. Being to this restaurant a few times.

Very good restaurant specialising in Cantonese & Fujian cuisines of which Fujian food is hard to find in Hong King. Love almost every dishes. Limited seats. Warm hospitality. Much easier to book for lunch!

Tailor-made takeaway year-end dinner for 6. Would be perfect if the fish maw were in one big piece 😋
