Quarry Bay, Hong Kong｜Chiuchow Garden (Taikoo Shing)

Tasty and well presented food, and every dish was spot on. One of the better Chinese cuisine we experienced during our stay. Services were top notch but then we were dining with one of the VIP customers which I imagine made a difference. It's cosy with a bit of harbour view, all-in-all pretty decent experience.

Amazing range of interesting dishes although I think the waitstaff shoupd have advised us that we ordered two types of soup. The first was intentional and in the soup section but the second gave no indication in the menu it was a soup! Obviously high-end, judging by the amount of cutlery and crockery on the table. Delicious cordyceps soup. Visited another time - tried a lot of stuff. Also delicious.

The dim sum is delicious, the side dishes are good, but the dessert is too sweet.
