As a native of Shaanxi, I can say responsibly that the noodle and mixed gluten taste of this store is very good. It is recommended to order medium spicy. It is very happy to be able to eat hometown food in a foreign land🥰. Be aware of the store's opening hours. And when there are many people, you may have to wait for a seat.

This is the place that introduced “Biang Biang” noodle to HK. One of the few authentic Shanxi 陝西 cruise in town. You could enjoy this place whether you are a small party and just have their signature noodles and ordered one or two cold dishes, or come in a bigger group and tried out some of their more adventures hot dishes such a 盤子雞. Most of their dishes cater for different spice level but I would recommend small (小辣) to start off your shanxi adventure if you not used to spiciness.

Great authentic Xi An restaurant in Jordan serving Biang Biang Noodles, fried dumplings, Rou Jia Mou, Lotus, lamb dishes and more. The food tastes exactly like it does in China, and the entire staff is Chinese. Could the kitchen staff be from Xi An? The surroundings are simple but clean and orderly. Service is quick and straightforward, as it should be in a Chinese restaurant. The price is reasonable, and the portion size is acceptable for the price. They do not not have service charge either!
