Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong｜Kamitora

My most fav ramen in HK, will always be my go-to ramen in the city. Neither regular nor special menu would disappoint, super stable quality. Couldn’t agree less that many ppl claimed that “you can only taste good ramen in Japan.”

One of the best ramen in town. Having two shops in Hong Kong, one at Tai Kok Tsui and one at Wan Chai. This clam soba is only available once a year and definitely worths a try!! The soup is extremely sweet and intense. The texture of the noodles is just right to absorb all the flavours of the clams.

Oh my god. One of the best Ramen places I’ve ever had in Hong Kong so far. The soup stock was very close to flavours of Japan reminiscence of your holidays in Japan. The venue is very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. Make sure you go a little earlier as the restaurant will have a line outside. The dipping noodles and the soup broth was amazing. Make sure you come on an empty stomach! Definitely will be back again soon!
