Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Mita Seimen-sho

We had a 10 minute wait for a 4-person table but we're very glad we decided to stick with it. I wasn't sure about ordering ramen with a dipping soup but it was actually a tasty, rich and flavoursome soup base (which we poured into our noodles anyway!) We also ordered the deep fried chicken and dumplings as side dishes which were both really yummy.

their dip noodle still the best. fried chicken is crispy and juicy. soup base well balanced and hot enough for the entire meal. noodle is chewy and just the right thickness to hold the soup. Their price is not cheap but u get the quality. I have tried other places and this one is still the best.

While this restaurant do typical ramen, the star is the tsukemen. A rich, pork base broth with hints of prawn that at first feels and act like gravy. But once tasted surprise you with it's light and fragrant. A very unique taste that compliments the wonderful chewy but bouncy noodles. Limited plum based ramen was the seasonal choice during this review that gave a shot of bursting umami that made a regular bowl of ramen sorting special. I highly recommend this place not just once but many times, just to catch the limited seasonal versions.
