Great egg noodles made the traditional way. Very tasty and just the right balance between chewy and soft. The wonton are great too just the right size to fit in your mouth in one go. The pork knuckles are stewed until soft and have great flavor not too salty. Overall one of the best wonton egg noodles in town. The almond soup was also freshly made.

The last bamboo bouncing noodles made in Hong Kong! Every piece of noodles is handcrafted by the master, by bouncing on a bamboo stick. This is the very last noodle shop in Hong Kong that carries this traditional type of noodle making. The noodles had an amazing texture, and was full of flavour. A definite must try if you want to experience authentic handmade noodles. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!
