Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Ippudo (Silvercord)

Ippudo ramen is always tasty, unfortunately this branch standard seems to be lower compare to the japan branches. Condiments are all missing! Ambient is good and lots of seats available. Serving is also quick.

Probably because the first ippudo I tried was in Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised that they had more sides and choices of ramen than the branches back in Sydney. Also the quality of ramen is better than back in Australia. However compared to the standard in japan it is slightly lower but still acceptable. If you want a safe option of Japanese ramen this is the place to go to as you can’t really go wrong with it

Great dinner! Staffs were very nice, excellent services!! Love slowcooked Rosu BBQ pork the most, very nice texture and flavour than the traditional one. Special Akamaru Shinaji + Gyoza + Perperoncino Edamame + Deepfried oyster + half-boiled egg + curry ball
