Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong｜麵の四

Normally I don't eat ramen in HK, but this place makes me keep coming back. There is a lot of heart in the ramen. The pork is pan-fried until it is slightly charcoal on the surface. The texture is amazing. Place is cozy and comfy. Great feel!

My first visit today with the family and we were pleasantly surprised. The ramen was so delicious that you could tell they put a lot of heart into it. It's a small independent place but the quality of their ramen is far better than most of the chains out there. Can't wait to return to try their other menu.
