Shek Kip Mei, Hong Kong｜Siu Pai Dong

I’m a big fan of HK noodle 車仔麵 and has tried a lot of noodle places. This one is hands down my No. 1 favourite. They let you choose four spicy sauces when you order which I suspect they make themselves. I do not know of any other places who let you do that. If you’re visiting for the first time, try the radish, mushroom, pork chop or just order what’s on the recommended list.
