Sai Wan, Hong Kong｜Fire Well Hot Pot and Seafood Restaurant

This restaurant offers exceptional hotpot, even amongst the wide selection of hotpot restaurants in Hong Kong. They serve excellent beef, with all parts of the cattle available to satisfy your palate. The sashimi is another must-try, although that certainly will add up to your bill. If you want a full experience trying their best food, be expected to pay somewhere between HK$800-$1000. But every dollar there is well-spent. We were lucky to be able to book a private room and the group dinner was lots of beer, good food and good fun.

My 1st try at this seafood hotpot restaurant, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! The classic pot is simple but deliciously rich. The handmade beef balls and shrimps are exceptionally flavourful! The service is also high quality with very friendly staff who are very patient and attentive. It is also very keto-diet friendly! Highly recommend!

A hotpot place that is popular for their premium beef cut and seafood option. This place is good for large group ( our group of 13 got a room). On the pricier side about 600 HKD per person with the drinks+food but worth it.
