Central, Hong Kong｜火鍋撚 Hot Pot Land

They have quality food, from beef, to crispy bean curd roll, dumplings are great too. Services are good. it’s a spacious restaurant and is a perfect place to catch up with friends, we spent 3.5 hours there and not feeling any pressure from staff to leave.

This hotpot place in Central is spacious and well ventilated (I hate stuffy hotpot restaurants). The booth tables are the most comfortable seats in the restaurant with privacy, and just more space in general. Servers are efficient and look like NPC's in hotpot games. The hotpot soup base and ingredients are fresh and of great quality, and beautifully displayed. Highly recommend the spicy numbing soup broth, which goes very well with their home made smoothie!

Great atmosphere and great food. The broths were super flavoursome. The staffs were very helpful as well. Make sure you make a reservation if you want to give this a place a try.
