Sheung Wan, Hong Kong｜湯煲私房火鍋

We come here almost every week. It is our families secret hotpot place. Our favorite is the coconut chicken soup base though we haven’t tried other flavor yet. The chicken is tender and perfect with lime and kencur(沙姜). Compare to other hotpot place, it is quite pricey, but from the soup base to the dipping sauce and ingredients，they are all very fresh and decent with high quality.

High quality soup base, beef, seafood and home made meatballs. Clean, private and comfy seating that makes it an awesome place to hang out with close friends. Wagyu, geoduck, razed clam are highly recommended.

Fresh food, good location right next to Sheung Wan MTR station and main commercial buildings there. Good vibe as well.
