Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜616 Hotpot

Came here for a couple of times now. Quality meat, reasonable prices, servers were friendly and knowledgeable with their products. Their satay soup base is a must to order. We came for the early bird session at 5.45pm, had 1.5 hour sitting, didnt feel rushed at all. Really enjoyed the vibe there too.

delicious beefs and with so many options on the menu, we were excited to try out on all those different options on the beefs, and mind you, this is not my first time with 616, which is standing with the real Hong Kongers, and even without this particular reason, their services and foods are well worth visit, and somehow, i do find the price cheaper than my previous visit with their other shops... will surely come again, although it might be the To Kwa Wan branch next.

Absolutely love this hotpot place. Although the tables are a bit cramped together, you get to enjoy some quality beef. You can find here lots of different cuts of beef which gives you varying flavours and textures. I would recommend you to go for their plain basic broth which will allow you to enjoy the true taste of the beef cuts. I would say It's one of the best places for hotpot in Hong Kong. Be sure to book place in advance as it does get quite busy.
