It's the first time to try food, don't wait for an early reservation, the lady who answers the phone is polite and kind. The seating is comfortable and the stove is safe and tidy. Tablet self-service ordering is convenient and clear. There are plenty of snacks and seasonings for all you can eat. The staff are polite, kind and attentive. Overall rating is close to 5 star hotel service.

Attentive service has always been Haidilao’s main selling point. We booked a VIP room a month in advance to celebrate a friend's birthday. As soon as you arrive, the staff will immediately provide you with pre-dinner fruit snacks and provide advice on ordering. They also arranged manicure services, magic and ramen shows, and made a lot of extra preparations for special celebrations for friends with birthdays. All staff are sincere and courteous, making guests feel at home. Special thanks go to Mr. Shi (service team) who is very enthusiastic about his work. Thank you for your thoughtful arrangements and giving us a happy and unforgettable birthday party. Top quality service, fresh food and reasonably priced! Haidilao is definitely a good place for hot pot and gatherings.
