Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong｜Man Shing Kee

Pork bone hotpot. Very nice soup base with super fresh ingredients. The beef is super tender. The geo duck is so fresh that it still retains the sweetness. The prawns was still moving when the plate was delivered to the table. The wanton ski in very thin and the filling very good with balanced ratio for pork and prawn. The shrimp and cuttlefish paste was very fresh. There's no corkage for bring your own bottle. Highly recommended for hotpot.

Despite the shop is not well decorated, the food quality , which is most important for hotpot, was excellent. The牛脊肉was a must, it's so tender and taste really good. We tried to order the 2nd dish of 牛脊肉after we finished the first one but it had been sold out.

The place looks a bit run down, but if you are looking for nice food that is of good value, you won't be disappointed.
