Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Haidilao Hot Pot (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Went here at 6 pm and there wasn’t any queue. Haidilao’s service is always top notch. Staff were attentive - cups were refilled promptly, hair bands were given if you have long hair, and specs wipes were provided for glasses wearer. I’m sure everyone knows about the food, the hotpot broth, free goodies and the noodle dance. What I really want to talk and appreciate the most is the female toilet. There are sanitary products, more hair bands and hand cream. Why do I feel so pampered even though I’m in a hot pot restaurant :’)

The food and the experience are great. But what is truly excellent is the service. If I could rate our waitress more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended. Also highly recommended to avoid rush hours, which is easy since it's opened 24/24. The reputation of the chain is well earned.
