Literally the king of beef in HK. If u like fatty beef with slightly chewy texture (vs wagyu which simply melts in ur mouth), this is the go-to place. Would also recommend trying their fish dishes. Probably should avoid shellfish dishes as they are mostly expensive.

Outstanding! Although this Chinese hotpot restaurant is famous for its beef (hence the name), the seafood is delicious as well. We had Canadian sea slug, which we ate both raw and cooked, and it was absolutely superb. I can go on and on about the crab, the prawns, fish; all tasted wonderful. Washed away with plenty of moutai. Delicious seafood broth to finish it off, and then (which I found wonderfully weird): Lo Bak Go (turnip cake), which was super smooth; the best I ever had.
